You can choose to attend a morning or afternoon cooking class (9:00AM or 2:00/2:30PM)
ITINERARY:
- 9:00AM or 2:00 PM: Pick up at your hotel
- After getting picked up, we will transfer to a local market to buy the fresh ingredients for the cooking experience and learn the basics of Vietnamese shopping culture.
- 10:00 AM or 3:00 PM: Come back to Kitchen for preparing and cooking for 2 hours. The cooking is organized in a nice local villa with a beautiful garden and lots of green trees and flowers.
- With the ingredients ready, let's learn how to cook the 4 most iconic Vietnamese recipes that almost everybody would like to try in Hanoi. Our host/ chef will guide you through the cooking process while sharing Vietnamese cultural stories. Please specify if you have any special requests/ dietary restrictions so that we can adjust an appropriate menu.
- 12:00 PM or 5:30 PM: Enjoy your lunchtime or dinnertime with us after your cooking!
