In this morning you will have 3 hours to taste Pho (Chicken or beef noodle soup), Banh cuon (steamed rice pancakes), Banh mi (Vietnamese break with roasted meat or egg or steamed pork). Then take a short walk to Cho Hom market off Pho Hue Street, passing some more tempting food stands on the way. Explore Cho Hom market, one of the biggest markets in Hanoi with its colorful arrays of fruit and vegetables, sweets, meats and elaborate temple offerings. Stop to try some fresh spring rolls and papaya salad before finishing off with a refreshing glass of Che, a sweet snack prepared to your own taste. Finishing off the tour nicely with a cup of coffee at a one of the most popular coffee streets in town or fresh juice.

Option 3: Dinner

Our guide will see you at the meeting point to take a stroll through the historic district of Hanoi Old Quarter. You will start dinner Nom bo kho (dried beef salad with green papaya) or Fresh spring rolls, after that you will try Banh goi (Pillow cake) or Banh tom (shrimp cake). The main course, you can choose Pho (Vietnamese Beef/ Chicken Noodles), Chả Ca (Grilled Pork with Noodle) or Banh cuon (steam rice rolls). Continue walking in the old quarter, you will have desert with Che (Sweet dessert soup) or mix fruit with yogurt. Dinner will finish with a local beer or fresh juice
